# How do I find my organization?

## Having trouble locating your organization?  No problem, we're here to help!

**First,** have you created an NEP Connect account (username and password) and verified your email?

**A - "Yes, I've already done this"**, Great!

- **Next**, search for your organization (top right), locate the icon, and click “**request access**”.
- Once an *admin approves your request* you will then be able to view the member's area the next time you login. (*please allow 2 -3 days for approval*)

**B - No, I don't think I've done this**, no problem, here is the link if you need to create an account -
